Walking Tours

In my experience the best way to explore Scotland’s towns and cities is by walking. This can bring history, culture and folklore to life. Tales of famous, and infamous, characters and events can transport you through history. I offer bespoke tours in addition to fixed ones, so you are free to explore Scotland's treasures in a way that works best for you. I can accommodate both large and small groups and offer the most personal, tailored approach by walking you around the sights in your chosen location. My aim is to make your experience as enjoyable and informative as possible.

My Edinburgh tours are the most popular walking visits, where I take guests around iconic sights such as the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace. Visitors also love to meet Greyfriars Bobby (his statue, at least) and learn the story of how this plucky Skye Terrier who guarded his master's grave for 14 years. Or you might like to experience the masterful city planning that makes up New Town.

I can assure you there is a wealth of history to explore and many unforgettable sights to experience. But my knowledge extends beyond Edinburgh and I can offer a walking tour in locations all over Scotland. There is much to discover in these lands and I offer the guidance in my walking tours that will ensure no stone is left unturned.

Highlights Include:
